18.- 21. September in Antwerp

From 18th to 21st September 2018, Belgium and The Netherlands, together with the European Commission, are organising the INSPIRE conference in Antwerp, Belgium. With more than 250 presentations and workshops, a large exhibition and a venue situated in the heart of the beautiful historical city of Antwerp we are ready to host more than 1000 enthusiastic delegates from all over Europe, and beyond.

The central theme of this years’ conference is: INSPIRE users: Make it work together. During the four-day event there is ample room for exchanging experiences on the implementation of INSPIRE and inspiration on how to use INSPIRE. Topics vary from an introduction to INSPIRE to using blockchain within the Flemish government and from geo-intelligence for environmental compliance assistance to a practical session on how to use analytics for your geoportal. There is also an INSPIRE Hackathon, a workshop where you can bring INSPIRE, Open Data and Copernicus together and a workshop on SDIs for the Internet of things.

The organisers of the conference are looking forward to welcoming the INSPIRE community to Antwerp this September.
